At Hem, we are all about transparency. We don’t believe in the industry standards that subsidize shipping in the product price. Instead, we evaluate a shipping rate depending on the size and the complexity of your basket. As soon as the application is reviewed, you’ll receive an email from your dedicated account manager, containing the link to activate your account and choose the password.
